Does anyone keep keyhole cichlids? how do they breed? how do most cichlids behave if they are about to breed? The scenario I have is the one i suspect to be male is chasing the female around the tank and is becoming more agressive to the other fish(otos)

Would a paradise Gourami be a good tankmate for my 2 keyholes, gold ram and a brichardi cichlid? I need a top swimmer to liven up the top half of my tank. I was thinking Gouramis, hatchetfish, danios, barbs, angelfish? what woul work?
***UPDATE*** my fish are cured. I had to take one a manualy remove some of them, not sure if it was a good idea, but it is fine and healthy now. i treated with an antibiotic and i have seen no signs of them yet.
