The clear white thing looks like intestinal mucus, not a parasite. But he might have parasites you can't see, or an internal bacterial infection. Does he look, act, and eat ok, except for the stringy mucus?

He's probably OK then. Certain foods, or a change in diet, sometimes cause excess mucus temporarily. If he stays that way more than a week, there might be some kind of protozoa, bacteria, or worms in the gut causing it. I would not try to medicate it unless you see other evidence of a problem: such as appetite loss, skittish behavior, unusually pale or dark color, rapid/heavy breathing, body or eye swelling, pink/red in nostrils, etc.

He started not doing well yesterday which i noticed that he seem to have no energy and not eating now. I just bought him for less than three weeks and he was ok before until I started feeding them the NLS thera a 6mm pellets.I just dropped two of these pellets a day and let them pick on it. I dont know maybe there is nothing to do with that pellets becuase all my other fish is fine even the female agassizii have no problem.

So sorry ... it might be an infection or parasite he already had before you got him; no real way to be sure. Probably not caused by the NLS food.
